HISTORY AND CAPABILITY
Fullard Environmental Controls (FEC) is a General Contracting Company with clients in both government and private industry. FEC was established as an environmental/demolition company in February of 2000. FEC continues to expand its multi-disciplinary assortment of projects and construction professionals as we grow. Due to requests made by our clients and as a reasonable progression of our growth cycle, FEC began doing general construction/renovation work in early 2001. FEC can perform turnkey construction, demolition, and environmental projects. Management personnel in the demolition/environmental division have combined experience in excess of seventy-five years, while our management personnel in construction have over fifty years experience.
