Mr. Michael Fullard, President
Mr. Michael Fullard's career encompasses twenty-one years of experience in all phases of General Construction including Demolition, Asbestos Abatement, lead and Mold Remediation, and Renovation work. Mr. Fullard has worked for other companies as a union laborer, foreman, supervisor, and Industrial Hygienist. This experience gives him a well-rounded working knowledge of both the labor and management side of the business. It is this knowledge of the construction industry that allowed Mr. Fullard to successfully manage Fullard Environmental Controls, Inc. (FEC) since February of 2000.
As FEC President, Mr. Fullard oversees the management of the corporation, as well as the design, development and successful completion of all company projects. He is directly involved in all aspects of company functions. His involvement insures that a high degree of quality is maintained from the inception to the completion of all construction projects.
Mr. B. Kent Peterson, Vice President
Kent Peterson holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Washington and Jefferson College. Mr. Peterson has eight years experience in the construction, demolition, and environmental fields. He also spent five years in the landfill hazardous/non-hazardous disposal field while employed by BFI Waste Industries.
At FEC, Mr. Peterson is responsible for the long range strategic planning, marketing, proposal and project management as well as establishing and maintaining long term successful relationships with all of FEC's customers. He is directly involved in all aspects of the company's projects. Insuring that a high degree of quality is maintained from inception to completion is one of his highest priorities. By achieving positive working relationships with FEC's clients, Mr. Peterson believes that repeat business is an added incentive to maintain our guiding FEC's principles.
Mr. David Pollard, Project Manager
Mr. Pollard has over twenty-five years of in-depth experience in the construction and environmental business. He has worked from all aspects in the business including laborer, foreman and supervisor. His construction experience entails HVAC systems, boilers, and mechanical equipment. He possesses many certifications on the environmental side including asbestos, lead and mold remediation certificates, as well as his supervisor license.
Mr. Pollard has successfully managed projects for both the private and public sector. He has successfully managed and performed work for the Federal Government at the following locations: US Coast Guard, Cape May, NJ, VAMC of Butler, Butler, PA; VAMC of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA; 911th Air Force Reserve, Pittsburgh, PA; GSA Federal Courthouse, Pittsburgh, PA; GSA Federal Courthouse, Baltimore, MD; GSA Federal Courthouse, Morgantown, WV; C.I.A. Building, Washington, D.C., and the General Accounting Building, Washington, D.C.
Mr. Barry K. Peterson, Project Engineer Quality Control and Safety Director
Mr. Peterson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Peterson's extensive experience includes being employed by the Bayer Corporation for the past twenty-five years. There he was a member of their CEP team specializing in all aspects of the engineering field including safety and quality control. He managed the Electrical Engineering Department where he was responsible for the concept, design, oversight and successful completion of various complex projects across the country in the ten to two hundred million-dollar ranges. His experience involves working with power centers, load centers, and sub-station equipment in both high and medium voltage capacity. He was also responsible for both revising and writing company standards involving production, quality control and safety for his department at Bayer Corporation.
At FEC, Mr. Peterson is responsible for project organization and administration, planning and scheduling, establishing and maintaining good labor relations, reviewing and tracking of subcontract work and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Mr. Michael Gretchen, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager
Mr. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science Degree from the Ohio State University. Mr. Gretchen is an experienced and proven EHS leader with a highly diversified manufacturing and regulatory compliance background. Mr. Gretchen has demonstrated a history of success in the strategic and tactical implementation of EHS programs resulting in improved safety performance, compliance assurance, and cost-savings. At Fullard Environmental Controls, Inc. he is responsible for the following programs: Emergency response, fire safety, lockout/tagout, ergonomics, PPE, chemical safety, and HAZMAT. He is also responsible for the general oversight of all projects involving potentially hazardous materials.
Mr. Gretchen holds the following training certifications: CPR, First Aid and AED Responder; OSHA Emergency Response Planning; OSHA 40 HR HAZMAT H&S Certification; Industrial Hygiene Monitoring; and HAZMAT and RCRA Compliance. He is a member of The National Safety Council, Society of Safety Engineers, Institute of Hazardous Materials Management, Air and Waste Management Association, and the American Red Cross.
